An independent Disciplinary Panel will convene from Monday 29 July to Thursday 1 August to consider a charge against Royston Barney and Royston Cooper for a breach of Rule (F)41 for allegedly instructing the trainer and jockey of their horse ENOUGH ALREADY to stop, not win, on two occasions.

1. The Panel for this hearing will be: HH James O’Mahony, HH Clement Goldstone KC and Rupert Arnold.
